MSE Chamber with Fintan Murphy and Zoe Knighton

Melbourne String Ensemble Chamber

Playing chamber music leads to great string playing and for our new group, MSE Chamber, Fintan Murphy will be joined by Zoe Knighton from Flinders Quartet.  Zoe is one of Australia's finest chamber musicians and with over 30 years experience playing quartets she is expert at leading students to develop ensemble skills. Zoe regularly tutors for Australian Youth Orchestra, is a panellist for national and international competitions as well as maintaining a solo career with pianist Amir Farid with whom she has performed nationally and internationally (Carnegie Hall). She has been widely praised for her “thrilling tenor sound” and "many technical demands carried off with ease. (Limelight magazine)
